Children's Privacy
This website is directed to school district professionals, educators, and adult job seekers, not to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Staffing and Placement
Grade Point Resources acts as an intermediary connecting school districts with qualified educational professionals. We exercise reasonable care in vetting candidates; however, we make no warranty as to the fitness, performance, or conduct of any individual placed or referred through our services. School districts are responsible for conducting their own independent verification, background checks (including Act 34, Act 151, and FBI clearances as required under Pennsylvania law), and professional credential confirmation prior to employing any individual.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grade Point Resources and its owner, officers, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, our services, or any information provided herein, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees actually paid to Grade Point Resources in connection with the specific service at issue.
